Total Accounting of Equipment

Our program begins with a total accounting of all office equipment, including the make, model, serial number, date serviced, cost of major repairs and alterations. The results of the inventory are used to determine the unique preventive maintenance needs of your company. All current and future expenses are tracked and evaluated. Each machine is serviced annually, the machine is cleaned, adjusted and calibrated to perform at its optimum level. Our fees are based upon each customers needs.
